Co-packing and private label.

Private label kratom and plain export co-packing are packing jobs, not a different plant. The contents are still leaf, powder or extract that you specify. The extra work is the pack: the format, the fill, the closure, the lot code and, if you want it, your artwork. Partner processors do the packing. We coordinate the specification and keep supplier names off this site.

Co-packing is the right enquiry when you do not want bulk bags that you will reopen in your own warehouse. It is the wrong enquiry when you only need bulk kratom powder or leaf and you will pack it yourself. In that case order the powder or the leaf and skip the artwork round. Tell us the kratom format going into the pack, the pack type, the fill and whether artwork is ready. A pouch, a jar, a tub and a sachet are different tools, different yields and often different minima. The fill weight has to match the way the goods are described on the invoice. If the inner product is an extract, the freebase or saltbase basis still has to be named. Packing does not erase the specification of what is inside.

Artwork is yours. We do not design claims, and we do not clear your label against destination law. You remain responsible for labelling rules in the market where the goods will be sold. Do not send artwork that makes health or medical claims. We may refuse artwork that does. Plain packs with a lot code and a product description are available when you are not ready for a brand.

There is no single minimum. A short pack run for a trial and a repeating retail programme are quoted differently. Samples of the pack, when you need them, are paid, plus shipping. Approve the pack sample against the specification before production. Production is paid 100% upfront by bank transfer.

A private-label carton does not replace the export set. Kratom leaving Thailand still needs the licensed exporter’s ONCB paperwork, the shipment notice at least seven business days before export, and the invoice, packing list and transport document. A certificate of origin and, where required, a phytosanitary certificate sit in the same set. A certificate of analysis is available on request for the panel agreed for the lot inside the packs.

Match lot codes on the packs to the invoice and to any certificate. If they do not match, tell us before freight is booked. Your broker handles import clearance. You confirm the goods are lawful to import. The step-by-step path is on how ordering works.

A useful first email names the company, the destination market, the kratom going into the pack, the pack type and fill, the artwork status, and a volume that is either a trial run or a repeating programme. If the inner product is an extract, say freebase, saltbase or liquid, and the strength basis. If it is powder, say 80–100 mesh or 200 mesh. If it is leaf, say the vein grade you want confirmed. Leaving those words out means the quote has to guess, and a guessed pack quote is not worth approving.

Lead time for a pack run includes an artwork check, a paid pack sample if you want one, production of the inner lot, packing, the ONCB notice of at least seven business days, then freight. Artwork that arrives late holds the sample. A change to the fill after the sample is approved is a new specification. Prices for the pack and the contents are quoted together by email. Private label kratom is still wholesale kratom. The buyer is a business, aged 18 or over, responsible for destination law and for the label. We coordinate partner processors.
