Bulk kratom powder is milled leaf. We offer two cuts: 80–100 mesh and 200 mesh. Both can be quoted in green, red or white vein grades, subject to harvest. Mitragynine is confirmed per lot. The mesh, the grade, the moisture expectation and the bag are part of one written specification. A colour name on its own is not a powder specification.

Buyers use powder when they do not want to mill. That includes packers filling tubs, pouches or jars, and manufacturers who need a defined particle size going into a further process. 80–100 mesh is the broader of the two cuts. Buyers specify it when a slightly coarser mill is acceptable for the pack, or when they want less of the dusting that comes with a finer powder. Particle size is still a lot specification. Do not treat the range as a slogan. If your filling line or your sachet film is sensitive to fines, say so, and approve a paid sample on the line that will actually run.

The minimum for 80–100 mesh can differ from 200 mesh, and from leaf, because the mill time, the yield and the pack style are not the same. Trial quantities usually ship by air. Repeating volume usually moves by sea. Tell us which programme you are in so the quote is not written for the wrong freight mode.

200 mesh is the finer cut, for buyers who need a tighter particle size. It can dust more, and it can ask more of the liner and the seal. Availability follows the processor’s mill and the leaf lot. Confirm 200 mesh on the quote before you approve a sample. A sample of 80–100 mesh does not approve a 200 mesh production lot.

Finer is not a claim about mitragynine. The alkaloid result is measured on the lot, on the basis you agreed. Two powders can share a mesh and differ in mitragynine, moisture and colour description. Powder quotes move when moisture, liner, bag weight or a laboratory panel changes. If you have a moisture ceiling, write it down. If the powder will sit in a humid warehouse, say so, because the liner is part of the specification and not an afterthought on the packing list. If you are filling retail packs, co-packing may be the better purchase than bulk bags you will reopen.

We do not claim that every powder lot is tested for heavy metals or microorganisms. Those analytes appear only when they are in the agreed panel and on the certificate.
