Enquiry
Email the specification: product line, format, vein grade or extract type, mesh if it is powder, target strength and test basis, estimated volume, destination country and target date. We reply within one business day. Business buyers only.

Quote
There is no single minimum and no public price list. The quote covers the minimum for that format, vein grade and packaging, the lead time, the Incoterms and the pricing. Trial lots, repeat LCL volumes and full containers are quoted as different programmes.

Samples
If you want material before a production order, we quote a paid sample plus courier shipping. Test it at your own laboratory if you wish. Approve the sample before you confirm the production lot. Sample size is agreed on the sample quote, not set on this page.

Payment
Once the specification, price, currency, Incoterms and destination are agreed in writing, production is paid 100% upfront by bank transfer. Bank details are sent with that confirmation. They are not published here. We do not take card payments on this website.

Production
The lot is produced to the format, grade, mesh, strength basis, moisture and packaging you confirmed. If a laboratory panel was part of the quote, testing is arranged and the certificate is shared when it is issued. Production timing is confirmed per order, not as a standing promise.

Shipping
We check that the document set matches the lot, and book air or sea freight. For kratom, the licensed exporter files the ONCB shipment notice at least seven business days before export. Your broker handles import clearance. Transit times below are forwarder estimates, not guarantees.

There is no one-size minimum. It depends on format, vein grade and packaging. Trial orders are available.

Regular volume, typically LCL sea freight.

FCL programmes once the specification is repeating.
Lead times from Thailand
Lead time is a stack of stages. Every quote includes a dated plan. Transit figures are published forwarder estimates, not guarantees.

Export documents
Kratom leaving Thailand runs on paperwork. We check that the set matches before the goods leave. The exact list depends on the destination.

Exporting kratom from Thailand
Kratom has been lawful to trade in Thailand since 24 August 2021 and is regulated under the Kratom Plant Act 2022. An export needs an ONCB export licence held by the licensed exporter, and a shipment notice lodged at least seven business days before the goods leave.
That licence sits with the exporter, not with the buyer. We coordinate the licensed export and check the document set. You still have to confirm that kratom is lawful to import, hold and sell in your market.

Confirm destination law first
Check national, state and local rules, and whether an import licence or registration is required. We may decline a shipment where import is not permitted.

Write the specification
Format, vein grade, mesh, mitragynine target and test basis, moisture, the laboratory panel you actually want, and packaging.

Approve a paid sample if you need one
Samples are paid, plus shipping. Test them at your laboratory or another laboratory you choose. Independent retesting is welcome.

Agree the commercial terms in writing
Pricing, minimum, Incoterms, destination and the 100% upfront bank transfer. Nothing is produced before that confirmation and payment.

Match the lot numbers
If a certificate of analysis is issued, the lot number on it should match the invoice, the packing list and the packs.

Importing kratom in bulk is a stack of decisions
A bulk order fails more often on a missing sentence than on the leaf. The sentence is the specification: format, grade, mesh or extract basis, moisture, pack, destination, and the tests you are paying for. The buyer guide above is the short version. This section is how those steps fit a wholesale kratom shipment from Thailand.
Start by confirming destination law, including state and city rules if they exist where you will hold the goods. Then write the specification and send it. We reply within one business day with a quote that covers the minimum for that exact offer, the lead time, the Incoterms and the pricing. None of those numbers live on this website. Samples, if you take them, are a separate paid shipment plus courier cost. Approve the sample before you confirm production.
Payment for production is 100% upfront by bank transfer. Bank details travel with the confirmation, not on this page. After payment, the lot is produced to the written specification. Minima and lead times without a price list
There is no single MOQ. Leaf, 80–100 mesh, 200 mesh, freebase extract, saltbase extract, liquid and a private-label pack each carry their own minimum, and packaging can move it again. Trial lots usually go by air. Repeat orders are often LCL sea freight. Container loads are for programmes that are already repeating. Tell us which of those you are, so the quote is not written for a sample when you wanted a container, or the reverse.
Plan the calendar as a stack. Sample approval is courier time plus your laboratory if you test the sample. Production and any lot testing are confirmed per order, not as a standing number of days. The ONCB notice is at least seven business days before a kratom export. Published forwarder figures put standard air at about 6 to 10 days to the United States and direct sea from Laem Chabang to Los Angeles at about 19 to 24 days, plus import clearance. Those transit figures are estimates, not guarantees.
