Liquid is its own format
Manufacturers ask for liquid kratom extract when they want a pourable concentrate rather than leaf, a milled powder, or a dry extract powder. It is still a mitragynine extract. It is not a shortcut around the specification. Strength is confirmed on the lot. We do not publish a fixed percentage for the liquid, and we do not give preparation or serving instructions. This note is for people who buy material to manufacture. It is not consumer guidance, and it is not a health or medical claim.
Kratom Thai Exports coordinates the liquid through partner processors. We do not claim to own the extraction plant. The quote names the target, the reporting basis, the pack, the destination and the tests you want. A powder certificate does not describe a liquid lot. If you want a certificate, name the panel for the liquid lot itself.
Freebase and saltbase language still matters if your file uses it. Say which basis the liquid result must follow, and whether any figure is a freebase equivalent. What to specify
Write liquid, not “extract”, if liquid is what the line needs. Then the strength target and the basis, the container type, the fill, any carrier or solvent statement your batch record requires, the estimated volume, and the destination. If you need the material in a private-label consumer pack, say that too. Packing is a separate operation from the extraction and is described under co-packing.
Ask what the lot specification will say about concentration, and what it will refuse to say. We will confirm a measured result on the agreed basis. We will not add a sentence about how the liquid behaves in the body, and we will not suggest a dose. If your own technical team needs formulation data, that work sits in your file. We can supply the commercial description and, when you buy it, the laboratory panel.
Minimums for liquid are quoted for the strength and the pack. They are not the same minimum as a drum of 200 mesh powder or a pail of freebase powder. Samples are paid, plus shipping. Approve the liquid sample against the written target before production. Production is paid 100% upfront by bank transfer.

Freight and documents differ from dry goods
Liquid is heavier to describe on a packing list, and it is a different cargo problem from a bag of powder. Say whether you have a requirement for the container, the closure, or the way units are packed for air or sea. We will confirm what the partner pack line can actually run. Do not assume a powder export carton is the liquid pack.
The kratom export set still applies when the goods leave Thailand. The licensed exporter’s ONCB details, the shipment notice at least seven business days before export, the commercial invoice, the packing list and the transport document have to agree. A certificate of origin and a phytosanitary certificate are included where the destination requires them. A certificate of analysis, if purchased, uses the liquid lot number. Your broker handles import clearance. You confirm the liquid is lawful to import. Some destinations treat concentrates differently from leaf. Check that before you pay for a sample.
Lead time is the same kind of stack as other formats: sample if you take one, production as confirmed, the export notice, then freight. Air and sea transit estimates are on the import guide. They are estimates, not guarantees, and they are not the whole calendar.
Keeping liquid beside powder or leaf
Some manufacturers buy bulk kratom powder for one line and liquid extract for another. Keep the specifications apart. A mesh does not describe a liquid. A leaf vein grade does not describe a liquid. Each lot gets its own confirmation, its own lot number and, if you buy one, its own certificate. We will not fold them into a single vague offer because they share the word kratom.
If the liquid will be filled into your brand’s packs in Thailand, start with co-packing and bring the liquid specification with you.
