Co-packing is a pack around a specification
Private label kratom and plain export co-packing are packing jobs. The contents are still leaf, bulk powder, or extract that you specify. The extra work is the unit: pouch, jar, tub or sachet, the fill, the closure, the lot code, and artwork if you have it. Partner processors do the packing. Kratom Thai Exports coordinates the specification and does not publish the packer’s name.
Order co-packing when you do not want bulk bags that you will reopen in your own warehouse. Skip it when you will pack the goods yourself. In that case buy kratom leaf wholesale or bulk kratom powder and leave artwork out of the email. Mixing the two requests in one vague note produces a quote that cannot be approved.
We do not design your brand and we do not clear your label. Labelling law in the destination is yours. Do not send artwork that makes health or medical claims. We may refuse it. Plain packs with a lot code and a product description are available when the brand art is not ready. A plain pack is still a specification. The fill and the contents still have to be written down.
The contents have to be as precise as the pack
Name what goes inside. Leaf, and the vein grade you want confirmed. Powder, and whether it is 80–100 mesh or 200 mesh. Extract, and whether it is freebase, saltbase or liquid, with the strength basis. Packing does not erase that choice. A pouch of unnamed “kratom extract” is not a lot we can document. The mesh guide and the extract guides are linked from the kratom overview if the contents are still undecided.
The fill weight on the pack has to match the invoice. A change of fill after a pack sample is approved is a new specification, not a small edit. A change of mesh or of extract basis is also a new specification. The sample you approved is the reference. Samples of the pack, when you need them, are paid, plus shipping.
If you want a certificate, buy it for the lot inside the packs and match the lot code on the unit to the certificate and the invoice. The certificate covers the panel you named. It does not cover analytes that were never requested, and it does not become a claim on the label. We do not claim that every lot is tested for heavy metals or microorganisms.
Artwork, minima and lead time
Send artwork status in the first email: ready, in progress, or plain pack. Ready means you can attach files and you accept that we will not rewrite claims. In progress means the pack sample may wait. Plain means we quote a pack without your brand. Tell us the destination market so the commercial invoice is honest about where the goods are going. We still will not review the label for legal sufficiency.
There is no single co-packing minimum. A short trial run and a repeating retail programme are quoted differently, and the pack format moves the number as much as the kratom does. We quote the contents and the pack together. Prices are not listed on this site. Production is paid 100% upfront by bank transfer before the run starts.
Lead time includes artwork check, a paid pack sample if you want one, production of the inner lot, packing, the ONCB notice of at least seven business days, then freight. Late artwork holds the sample. The freight estimates for air and sea are in the import guide. They do not include the pack-sample loop.

Export documents still follow the lot
A printed carton does not replace the export set. Kratom leaving Thailand still needs the licensed exporter’s ONCB paperwork, the shipment notice, the invoice, the packing list and the transport document. Origin and phytosanitary certificates are included when the destination requires them. Your broker clears the import. You confirm the finished pack is lawful to import and to sell, including any rule about labelling.
The working product page is co-packing and private label. The company behind the desk, and the partner network that does the packing, are described on About. That network’s years in the trade are not the age of this company. We were established in 2024. We coordinate. We do not put a processor’s name on your pack unless a written agreement says otherwise, and we do not offer that as a default.
