What a mesh size is
Mesh is a way of talking about particle size. A higher mesh number means a finer powder, because the particles were milled to pass a finer screen. Kratom Thai Exports coordinates two cuts for bulk kratom powder: 80–100 mesh, and 200 mesh. Both are milled by partner processors from kratom leaf. We do not publish the mill’s name. You deal with this desk, and the quote states the cut.
Choose the cut for the physical job the powder has to do in your plant or your pack line: how it fills, how it blends, how it behaves in the bag you specified. That is a manufacturing question. We describe the cut. We do not give preparation instructions, and we do not suggest a way to consume the powder. Nothing on this page is a health or medical claim.
Finer is not a quality ranking. A 200 mesh powder is not, by that fact, a higher mitragynine powder than an 80–100 mesh powder from the same conversation. Alkaloid content is measured on the lot. If you care about the number, specify the target and the basis, and read Understanding MIT % and CoAs. Do not infer it from the screen.
80–100 mesh and 200 mesh
80–100 mesh is the coarser of the two cuts we offer. Buyers use it when they want a bulk powder that is milled but not at the finest screen. 200 mesh is the finer cut. It is the one to name when your process or your pack specification calls for a finer particle. If you are not sure which cut your line was built around, send the specification you already run, including any screen or particle note your production file uses, and we will say whether we can match that language.
Both cuts can be discussed as green, red or white vein grades. The grade is a trade description tied to harvest. We confirm which description is actually available before you build a programme on it. Colour does not set the mesh, and mesh does not set the colour. Put both words in the specification if both matter. Leave a word out only if you truly do not mind.
Moisture, pack size and the bag or drum are part of the same quote. A fine powder and a coarser powder can pack differently. Say the fill and the container if you have a warehouse standard. If you want the powder in retail units under your brand, that is co-packing, not a mesh choice. The pack path is private label kratom co-packing.
- 80–100 mesh: the coarser cut
- 200 mesh: the finer cut
- Vein grade confirmed separately, as a trade description
- Mitragynine confirmed on the lot, on a stated basis
- Minimum quoted for the cut and the pack
What to put on the purchase confirmation
Write the cut, the vein grade if you need one, the mitragynine target and basis if you need a number, the moisture expectation, the packaging, the destination and the volume. Write the tests you want on a certificate. A powder certificate covers the panel you buy. It does not automatically include heavy metals or microorganisms. We do not claim that every lot is tested for those analytes.
A sample, if you take one, should be the cut you intend to reorder. Approve it before production. Samples are paid, plus shipping. Production is paid 100% upfront by bank transfer. Switching from 80–100 mesh to 200 mesh after approval is a new specification, even when the vein words stay the same.
Leaf buyers who will mill in their own country should order kratom leaf instead, and should not expect a mesh commitment on unmilled leaf. Extract buyers should use the extract page. Mesh language does not describe a freebase or saltbase extract.
Ordering bulk powder from a Thai exporter
The export path is the same stack as other kratom formats. Enquiry, quote, optional paid sample, payment, production, the ONCB shipment notice at least seven business days before export, then air or sea with a document set that matches. Trial powder often moves by air. Repeat powder often moves as LCL. Container programmes come after the cut is repeating. Lead times and the document list are in How to import kratom in bulk.
We are a Thai kratom exporter in the sense that the company is in Bangkok and the leaf is Thai. We are not the farm and we are not the mill. Partner processors have the production history. That history is described on About as theirs, not as the age of this company. This company was established in 2024.
Prices are quoted by email for the cut you named. They are not listed here. Business buyers only, aged 18 or over.
